Items may only be shipped to the buyer’s billing address unless the item is a firearm that is being shipped to an FFL.
We only can accept orders for shipment to addresses in the USA.
Firearms
ALL FIREARMS AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
Firearms will only be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms License, also known as a “gun dealer”) and that FFL must be on file with Magers Enterprises, LLC shortly after you place your order. The shipping address for your firearm order must be that of the FFL handling your transfer. Any item ordered through this site may be picked up in person at Magers Enterprises, LLC. Firearms purchases will require the standard 4473 NICS process in order to take possession of the firearm. The act of the buyer having obtained and transmitted a copy of an FFL from the dealer with whom he wishes to handle his transfer is to be considered tacit authorization for shipment to the premises of the provided FFL. Magers Enterprises, LLC will provide a copy of the packing slip that has the buyer’s provided name and phone number in order for the FFL to contact the buyer upon receipt of the firearm for transfer. Magers Enterprises, LLC bears no responsibility for refused shipments, excessive FFL transfer fees, or any disputes that may arise during the business transaction between the buyer and the transferring FFL. Buyers will receive an emailed invoice from sales@magersenterprises.com upon placing an order. Many buyers with SPAM filters will need to allow exceptions for this email address. If faxing in the FFL, please print out the invoice and also include the FFL copy. High demand for firearms necessitates that the buyer has the FFL ready to transmit upon ordering. Your order will not be entered into the system for procurement from the warehouse until an FFL is provided. Merely placing an order does not allocate an item for shipment to you. The buyer risks having an item that shows as in stock selling out while awaiting transmittal of the FFL. Orders more than 48 hours old, that have had no FFL transmitted, will be canceled – no line items will be released for shipment. The buyer’s card will not be charged and the order will be purged from the system at a later date. Firearms that do not meet the ban, feature, or configuration requirements of your state may not be returned to Magers Enterprsies, LLC. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the item being ordered is legal to own and legal to transfer from his chosen FFL.Ammunition

Buyers must provide a legible copy of their state ID that shows the buyer is age 21 or older. The shipping address for an ammo order must match the address on your supplied ID. Buyers will receive an emailed invoice from ron@magersenterprises.com upon placing an order. Many buyers with SPAM filters will need to allow exceptions for this email address. If faxing in the state ID, please print out the invoice and also include the state ID copy. If emailing in the state ID (scanned or clearly photographed), then merely reply to the invoice email and attach the scan or photo of your ID. In the interest of personal ID security, the emailed state ID’s may have the ID number redacted. The buyer’s date of birth and home address must be clearly visible. Ammo orders more than 48 hours old, that have had no ID transmitted, will be canceled – no line items will be released for shipment.
