The military-chosen MG-SD is a single unit solution for reducing the signature of 5.56mm and 7.62mm light machine guns. Designed from the ground-up to handle the unrelenting heat and abrasive blasting of sustained burst firing, the MG-SD features a rugged monolithic core of heat treated Inconel® 718. The core fully circumferentially welded to the Inconel® outer tube and 316 stainless steel fast attach mount. The MG-SD couples to a BLACKOUT® flash hider using the evolutionary new rock-solid 90 tooth Ratchet Taper Mount™.
